Prime Minister Edouard Ngirente on Tuesday, April 8, joined residents of Musanze District for the 31st commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
The Prime Minister paid tribute to the victims of the 1994 Genocide from the former Mukingo Commune, who are laid to rest at Busogo Genocide Memorial.
Rwanda and the world will, on April 7, begun the 31st annual commemoration of the 1994 Genocide, a three-month period that honours the victims of the genocide and reaffirms the country's commitment to the "Never Again" resolve.
